Canowindra has been put on the map because of the age of fishes museum. The museum Supports the town, not to mention that all the workers are volunteers! How cool is that? I think its amazing what these people do! Canowindra benefits from the museum in enormous ways! When people pass through canowindra you cannot not look at the sign on the highway that say's "CANOWINDRA AGE OF FISHES MUSEUM" You just have to stop!
